What are most wheel center Diameters?

What are most wheel center Diameters?
I have a set of Maxxim wheels and I need some new center caps.
I measured between 2 3/8" and 2 1/2" for the diameter of the hole. Most wheel sites have 2 1/2" size caps. I'm wondering if 2 3/8" is a common opening or is it just rounded off and called 2 1/2" opening. This is what I get for being an engineer and being to exacting.
