2003 Roush v6 with 260 hp?
So I ran into this http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2630097/2003-ford-mustang it looks really interesting. I've been a fan of Roush for a long time, but I haven't seen this before. Does anyone know more about this car and what mods are done to the engine? I'm just so curious about what all Roush did to that car.

ummm what? it says its the only stage 1 with all stage 3 options. thats a bit misleading, because from what i understand, all stage 1s were v6s. so 260 hp? from the factory? no. matt is going to have to chime in on this one, i dont know enough about this

I think it means stage 3 stuff like body kit, wheels, and interior goodies. Anyway I really wish there was more about the engine cause that's the only thing I really find all that interesting about this car.

As resident Roush guru - that's all FAKE and BS.
Back then, Sport and Stage 1 could be V6 or V8. Roush has NEVER touched the V6 motor in his production cars. End of story. The "brochure" on there is a fake. Also, the fake brochure says the wheels are "argent" - which is the light silver color. All you have to do is look at the pic to see they are chrome.
Calling it a full Stage 3 upgrade is also a lie. Stage 3 has different springs/control arms/shocks/struts and sway bars. 14"/13" big brakes, 18" wheels, upgraded Roush leather interior and a supercharged V8 powertrain.
It's a very clean Stage 1 V6. But the rest is someone trying to look cool.

Claims it's a V6 S1 Roush Vert... has NOTHING from a Stage 1. And for those who want an extra laugh, look at the faked Roush signature on the back... it's not even CLOSE to what Jack's sig looks like.
