BAD wheel hop

BAD wheel hop
So. I recently did a very pain staking 8.8 differential swap on my 2003 V6 auto. (I live in northern Utah and winters here warranted getting an LSD). After the installation I went for a quick test drive. It feels very smooth and handles way better, even corners better. However, there's a pretty bad downside. We ended up attempting to do a burnout because now there's two wheels instead of one spinning and its a good time. I put the trans in first gear held down the brakes and pressed the gas in. Sure enough the wheels start jumping like mad throwing the car around. My goal is to get a nice even burnout with both wheels spinning smooth and smoking without the crazy unsafe jumping. I hope one of you guys has an answer to my problem. One thing I think that might be causing it is the lack of axle dampeners. I didn't think I would need them so I left them, but it looks like I really do. Another thing to mention is the diff I bought has an aftermarket ring and pinion from ford performance. The gear ratio has been increased from 3.27 to 3.73. I believe that makes it have more torque. Something interesting is the car doesn't hop in reverse. I was able to spin the tires when reversing.
That's all of the info I think you'll need. If someone has a solution to my wheel hop problem that would be awesome. Thank you!

Do you have traction control option? If its on and you start spinning and not moving, I believe it will start shaking and cut power...
That's what I noticed in winter with traction control ON [if I was spinning, would feel like hooping]...

Nope, no traction control or abs. It's pretty bare bones except for cruise control. Another thing I've noticed is I'm getting horrible gas mileage. But I guess that's normal
