Random CEL on 1999 mustang-fuel pressure drop?!

Random CEL on 1999 mustang-fuel pressure drop?!
Okay heres the deal, my mustang was running fine this morning on the way to school but my CEL came on. I checked my fuel pressure on the guage cluster. Typically its between 150-160lbs. AS of right now its at 70? WHats the deal, because it's the only thing i can find wrong??
