Default 2001 V6 with an oil leak, help!

This is my second car, and I have never had car trouble, so I have no idea what to do. I accidentally ran over a rock the size of a small watermelon two days ago. When I got home, I noticed that my car was leaking oil. I've been putting in two quarts of oil every morning for the past two days until I can make it to my mechanic on Saturday. By the end of the day, my oil is nearly gone. My boyfriend went under the car and said it looked as if though nothing was damaged. What do you think is damaged?

The oil pans on these are aluminum and can crack but look like they are fine.

Really you need to get it to a mechanic and let them know what happened and let them do their thing.

Good luck and welcome to the forums.

Is your mustang lifted? My wifey's mustang couldn't run over a softball, let alone a watermellon at its stock height.

But as others said, take it to a shop and have them take a look. Good luck...
