2000 Base Mustang *StiffBreaks*
I got a v6 2000 basemodel mustang bought it last month installed a cai on it and I found out there's headers on it my breaks squeak when I'm going to stop.. But everytime I leave the car sit over night I hop in it put my clutch down and my break on and I find my break is right stiff to the floor when I get in and it takes abit to start up but after I had it running then shut off then turn back on it starts fine I tryed pullin away today like my breaks were stuck on then it released and it was fine don't know much about them anyone got ideas thanks for all the help on this forum guys apprechiate it

What your explaining about your brake being stiff sounds perfectly normal...Your power brake booster doesn't have any vacuum pressure. Worst case scenario you have a leak in your brake booster line...simple cheap fix. As for squeaky brakes, just replace the brake pads and possible rotors depending on there condition
