Fixer or Part It?!

Well to sell it as a whole you'll only get $500-1200 for the car mainly for "the good stuff". Not many people want a V6, however with that said, somebody doing a "resto" build could maybe use the interior or motor.

Which would be better, selling car as whole or tryin to jus part it out part by part here an there which will take longer? :/ I know im not gonna get my money back that i put into the car, I have to just choke it up as a lose an go on. But i would like to get as much as i possibly can out of it.

You'd make more money parting it out, but it will take a long, long, long time to get rid of the stuff. I'd just try to sell it as is and get what you can out of it. Worse comes to worse you can sell it for scrap.

I love finding people that have been tryin to part a car for like a few years cause they have had so many deals fall through you can be like I'll give you half what your asking for (insert part) and they usually are like sure, fine, just take it. Everyone always has good intentions of making more money by parting it but few have the patience to see it through lol. Sell it as a whole and you will be much happier.

I would suggest just selling it outright the way it sits. Me personally, when my old 2000 was hit, I couldn't WAIT to get it off my lawn, it was SUCH an eye sore and reminder of something I DON'T want to relive. Long story short, I sold it within a day, 800 and send it. Mine wasn't as bad as yours, a TON more usable parts, but still a total nonetheless. Parting out a vehicle takes time, energy, and patience(tire kickers), which I'm short on both these days. GL either WAY!!

and remember that if you scrap it whole you wont get much out of it but if you do it right you can make abit off of it. but scrap metal is down but some pricier metals are on the up. but you should check this link out might give you an ideal.
