Question Car shuddering when letting off Brake pedal

Hello forum,

This issue has been bugging me for a while and I can't seem to find the cause.

When I'm in a full stop, car in neutral, and press brake pedal all the way to the end, as soon as I release it the whole front/center starts shuddering really hard.

To make it more confusing, the car is a Manual, so I don't think it could be the flywheel.

It feels like a driveshaft vibration, is there a switch that stops the driveshaft from moving when the brake pedal is depressed? I've had issues with the u-joint and haven't had it fixed yet, so would that be the cause?

I'm guessing since the car is in neutral the driveshaft is disconnected from the engine so maybe by pressing the brake pedal it causes it to stop rotating, even though it technically shouldn't be rotating in the first place.

I also have an issue with the throw-out bearing, but I still don't get how that would affect the car if the clutch isn't being engaged.

Or could this be a problem with the brake booster?

Any solutions would be appreciated, this thing is driving me nuts!
