i have a 95 mustang v6 3.8. engine turns over but wont start or if it starts it dies 2 sec later. i replaced the fuel pump about 2 months ago and the spark plugs and wires. just went and got a new battery yesterday. it acts like it aint getting enough gas or too much gas. so if any ideas plz let me know asap. thank you.

Start with the basics. Make sure the battery is fully charged. Have the alternator tested (it is what keeps the car running after it starts). Get a spark tester and make sure you have spark. Rent a fuel pressure gauge and make sure your getting enough fuel pressure. Rent a noid light kit and make sure the fuel injectors are being commanded on. Rent a compression tester and make sure all cylinders compression is within 10% of each other.

The answers to those tests will help determine where to go next in diagnosing & fixing the problem. None of the tests will make a definitive answer. They are tools to guide you to the problem/solution. Good luck...
