Guess it's a smart idea for the company. Oh well, I guess i'ma just have to see how much graduation money I get. Then fight to decide either that or new exhaust. Cool thing is, Ohio as far as I am aware doesn't have a sound level law. But PA does, I think anyway. And I am going to UTI for school, so *Shrugs*

Yep. In order to use a used tuner the original owner would have to revert his car back to the stock tune. Then you could use it. BUT you will have to pay to have the tuner unlocked for you to use. BUT the original owner would not be able to use it again until you revert back to factory and he would have to pay again.
