Default A/C problem

So when I'm driving my ac works ok, but when I stop like at a red light the air get hot anybody know what it might be

Not enough freon. Compressor cycles properly at high r.p.m.s.

Uh, no. Low freon means that when the compressor spins faster, it sucks the low side down all the way to the low pressure cutoff switch.

OP, I would look into the fan, or check the fins in the condenser. Generally when you see poor performance when stopped, you fan isn't pulling enough air through.
