v6 Squeak when start up..

v6 Squeak when start up..
Alright well I'll get to the point...
When i start my car i hear a high pitched squeak and I'm unsure what it is.
My mechanic stated that it was a belt and one of the pullys (bottom left one). They were replaced but that's not the issue because i still hear it occasionally.
Sometimes i hear it, sometimes i don't but when i do is when i leave my car out for a bit and start it up.
I'm planning on bringing this back to my mechanic so they can just diagnose what the issue is but I'd just like to hear from some of you guys maybe from experience or whatever of what it maybe could be.
