Default Is It Worth It?

Everyone keeps telling me to scrap my 3.9 and buy a 4.6..... I love my v6, and decided long ago that if i get rid of it for a v8 than im going to get a Charger.... that being said i want to keep my 6 because I have more respect for a nicely modded 6 than a stock 8.... so heres the question;
How much power will this build list get me, and is it worth the price?

total price for all that is $1730, and there is a 4.2 that i can get at a junk yard near me for $250... how big of a difference would it make if i swapped that crank into my 3.9 as well as the list above?

Sorry idk but was wondering, by Charger do you mean if you got a v8 you would get a Dodge Charger? If dodge charger, the old ones or the new ones?

I like v6 too.

It sounds like you're definitely headed in the right direction! Even though the V6 may not be as fast as a V8, they'll still get out of their own way. With a full exhaust, intake and tune you're going to be in good shape and definitely hear and see some noticeable power gains!

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions or need some assistance in the near future! Our Mustang Experts are here Monday-Friday from 9AM-9PM EST and Saturdays from 9AM-5:30PM EST. If you want to hit them up, their number is 866.727.1266. I can also have one of them call you directly.

good luck getting what u need man, i can definitely see the shortage is coming as predicted - since mustangs hold their values so much its impossible to find a cheap mustang gt nowadays, even 1998 mustang gt are going for $10k here in MN and its frustrating as hell.
