Default TPS - Low Voltage, help?

So, new TPS, all of a sudden now have low voltage getting to it. Everyone i've talked to doesn't know how to adjust it or what could cause it. Anyone able to help?

Define low voltage. It is a 5 volt sensor that outputs between 0 & 1 volt.

I got it fixed. The CEL was coming up with low voltage to the TPS and was bogging down the engine. Multiple people were saying it could have been a bad connection. I later found out that with my luck, I bought a bad sensor, once I got a new one, it's been fine since.
