Default Any Suggestion for plugs and wires?

This weekend I plan on doing a bit of work on my car weather permitting. I think this weekend its going to be a radiator flush (I popped the radiator cap and found a brown soup) and plugs and wires. The flush is easy enough and the plugs and wires wont be too hard but I have no idea what kind to buy. I want ones that will give me the best possible performance. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I like NGK copper tip v groove for the plugs (stay away from all that other crap) and factory OEM is all you need for wires, but if you want a little better option the Accell custom wires are pretty good, you just have to cut them to size and fit the caps on. However if you're new to this just go with OEM. Depending on the millage on your car it would also be a wise idea to change the coil pack that way the entire ignition system gets a full tune up.

Another good idea is while you're in there is to unplug the AIT and MAF sensors and very carefully and slowly clean them with a cue tip and electrical contact cleaner. The MAF sensor is very frail, so be extremely careful when cleaning it.

I'd recommend NGK 7164 iridium plugs only $35 for all six, and motorcraft wires ~$42 or msd wires ~$75

Also for the IAT and MAF sensor - use a MAF cleaning spray

Honestly, I love my MSD wires, don't have to do anything to them and I could tell a difference. But then again, anyone would after having 3 different brands of wires in their car. I was so pissed when I found out about the idiot who sold it to me did that.. But, if you're not looking for anything special, just get the Motorcraft.
