1992mustang

Okay so I have a 1997 Mustang 3.8L and I noticed when I got the car the turn signals didn't work, tried the flasher still didn't work. So I checked the fuses and #1 was blown so I changed it and put a 15 back in it and as soon as I turned the key on it blew so I put a 20 in it and it lasted a few weeks and now as soon as I turn the key on it blows the 20 so I put a 25 in it and it seemed fine but then I put it in park it blew it and now no matter what I put in it it blows it when I put the car in park, any ideas??
