My rpms will fluxerate also if i for say put my windows up my rpms will fluxerate too would my power steering pump cause this to draw power from the motor , at the end of the video is the sound it makes when i turn the wheel.. any ideas or opinions are greatly appreciated .. thanks

oh yeah, that is the pump. could be alt, but most likely pump.

blow out the lines first.
when you replace it use ATF instead of power steering fluid.
also work the pump pulley back and forth by hand as you fill it, till the air is worked out.
i did that and my pump is 99% silent runner now.
