Could I put Power seats in?

I have a non power seat set up, could they be used or do i have to wire things?

You 'should' be able to. You could try taking out the driver seat, and see if there is a wiring harness under there to be sure.

There is but i have roush leather seats with the eight thousand buttons will what i have work?
