Unhappy Mustang in rain

Hi,
I have an 03 Mustang v6.
I got it for my birthday but the person bought it on craigs list and the previous owner treated the car like crap.
I have a problem..
whenever it rains or just after rain or a little after my mustang has trouble starting. I start it up and the RPM's move up and down and the car revs a more and less then just shuts off. then whenever i drive it... it will idle hard then turn off when im at a stop. its done this every time its rained.

Maybe a bad (TBS) Throttle body Sensor? it could make it not idle right, but you said only when it rains that is strange

Is it the stock intake? If so that mechanic is full of it and just wants your money.

Maybe it just doesn't like rain? And has emotions.

I get pretty lazy and tend to not work good in the rain myself..

Does your theft symbol flash like crazy when it happens? Mine was doing the same thing, I would have to put it to the on position like 20 times before it would let me start it, turned out to be a problem with the theft system, had the ignition transponder replaced and it has stopped, mine would only do it when it rained also, was the weirdest thing.

I hate my alarm its the most crazy thing ever, sometimes I can unlock the car with only the key and it is fine other times i go to unlock with key and open door and alarm goes off, I only got one keyless pad with the car ( got it used) and sometimes forget to get it back from the gf if she drove it. I have had to pop the hood a few times and undo battery to get alarm to go off. its annoying and aggravating Also found out if you lock the car and then just unlock the pass. door the alarm will go off too.
