Default Passenger door window adjustment

I have a 2004 convertible and I cannot get the passenger side door to seal against the weatherstripping near the windshield. I have taken the door apart, even had the car to a mechanic and cannot get the door to seal. Every time it rains I am left with a floorboard full of water. The driver's side door seals fine and comparing the two I cannot see any differences. The firs thing I did was replace all of the weather stripping, thinking that might fix it, but it didn't change anything. I was wondering if maybe someone had a step by step description of how to adjust the windows or maybe some useful info, I have tried searching, but came up with nothing. Thanks.

I do not have a step by step but I can tell you there is a window stop on either end of the window, they can be adjusted up or down to adjust where the window stops. You will have to take the door panels off, and they are inside the door.

I finally solved my problem, it was way beyond the window. I found a reliable shop nearby that adjusted the top, the door, as well as the window. The door seals perfectly now, the real kicker is they only charged me $35! I only wish I had found this shop months ago!
