Default headlight bulbs lens? 97 mustang V6

So i have a hard time driving at night, and need something brighter. my car has the place for fog lights but dont have them, if i got some would they help much?
is there somewhere i can get a wairing harness for the fog lights? i found the lights with bulbs for like $75 but would still need a harness

also are any of the aftermarket head light lens worth it, mine are so bad faded cant see through them

I found these on ebay but not sure you can use stock bulbs

Almost would say any that cheap wouldn't be good.
I found these there $120 look super clear but not sure. Im sure anything be batter then my stock 17 yr old ones. but how many yrs will they look nice like that

My buddy said to get HID for it but I would want hi nd low beams still and I do not know anythig about HID's

I got some 8000K bulbs on the way but really don't think they do much w/o new lens. my buddy also said to buy glass lens but I not found any and I am sure there super price

1. No they wont help you see. They are for twilight times and are really for others to see you. Plus they look cool.
2. Yes they sell those ...not sure where.

You can buy supposedly better bulbs but I dont see them being worth the money. If you really want to see better Id get a HID kit. Its what I plan to do. I cant see crap with my lights.

If you simply want to clear up that yellowed lens you can buy a cheap kit to sand them down and make them clear again.
