fuses???

Got my X-Cal2 today, and it says I need to pull the electric fan and fuel pump fuses before I start, buuuuuuuuut I am not able to locate them. I looked in the owners manual at teh diagram and it says they are #1 and 14.....I found #1 but there is no fuse in the #14 slot....what am I doing wrong?? It's a 2003 V6....any clues??

No, I called the dealer. It's only necessary to pull them with a 94-98....Got the tune in in 3 minutes.....Couldn't be happier!!!! Noticeable power gain!!!!! Plus paid nearly 60 bucks less then the diablo and got 3 tunes from the dealer.....

Crap answers like this ^^^^^ oughta be deleted by the Mod for wasting space. A better answer might be "Sorry but I am ignorant regarding SCT flash tuners".

RE: fuses???

Some people might remove the fuel pump and electric fan fuses to save their battery when switching between tunes with an XCal 2 muliple times at, say, the track. That situation would be a good argument for a 4-position chip as opposed to flash tuner
