ok so i am having major issues and i dont know where to star ill list of my problems

1. Misfire and idle burping at around 800rpm
2. Engine running rough car is shaking a fair ammount
3. when AC/Heat on car idle surges like crazy it will drop to 500 almost die then shoot up to like 1500rpm and do this every few seconds

Ok so all of this started happening after i cleand my IAC And MAF with MAF cleaner i replaced the fuel filter my car was almost out of gas so i put some in from a jerry can out of the shed ( i found out that was a big nono) my egr pipe broke so i jb welded it i still need to delete it but havent had time my battery died so i recharged it it died again found out it was the alternator so i got a brand new alternator turns out it wasnt the alternator but the alt fuse so i replaced that my plug wires look good i still need to check my plugs and cop and i will check my fuses what else can i do what do you think caused this i need major help thanks any solutions or ideas on what to check would be apreciated i also will check my car with my obd2 scanner but currently their is no cel on
