Default 2004 harmonic balancer

I have a vibration that im trying to figure out. Looking at the balancer, the pulley looks perfect, and I cant wiggle it. But the balancer has a slight wobble. If it bad, why wouldn't the pulley also wobble? Thanks.

Pully fastens to the inner part of the balancer, that wobble you see is the outer ring of the balancer. There is a rubber damper between the two and it starts to go bad over time and will cause the outer ring to wobble.
