Default P0174 and P0171

Got this car about a year ago and it ran great and about 3 months ago i cut the exhaust out and dumped it right under the seats, drilled a hole in the pipe and put the 02 sensor in it. now this passed week i hear a popping when its idling almost like a very small back fire. so last night a replaced the spark plugs and now today it started throwing lean on bank 1 and 2. it did throw one very small vacuum leak code but i replaced a hose that was dry rotted and it never threw that code again but now i have this. just wanted to get everyone elses opinion. hopefully its something simple

its throwing a code because you modified the exhaust a ton. its not getting the readings its expecting. you might need mil eliminators

Hi! I desperately need some expert help. I bought a 2012 GT about 2 weeks ago and about 2 days after I left the dealer I got codes P0171 & P0174. Those are the only codes I get. The car runs great, idles fine (except for ~20 RPM fluctuations every 5-10 seconds or so) and the car is not smoking in any way. As for mods, to my knowledge it has the Boss 302 Intake Manifold, Flowmaster Outlaw Exhaust, and a JLT Cold Air Intake. I'm sure it has a tune (because the intake manifold is a tune required part) but, I don't know what tune it has. I don't know if the exhaust pipes were changed or if the injectors were changed as well.

Performance-wise, the car runs perfect. All that bothers me is the check engine light, the eye-burning exhaust fumes, and increased fuel consumption. The car has 40,000 miles on it and except for this, is in pristine condition.

So far, I have cleaned the MAF sensor and sealed a loose plug that is on the JLT Cold Air Intake; just behind the MAF Sensor. I also purchased the fuel filter to replace it this week.

Under no load (at idle, 1,500 and 2,000 RPM) the STFT fluctuates between 12-22% and LTFT stays constantly at 29.7% (it does not move at all). Under load (in 4th gear at constant 3,000 RPM) the STFT drops to 0% or -6.7% but, the LTFT does not move from 29.7% (even after 15 mins of driving).

I've included the Freeze Frame data from my ODBII scan tool to see if someone can make sense of it. What I find extremely weird is that O2 Bank 1&2 - Sensor 2 - Short Term Fuel Trim is constant at 99.2 %. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
