Ok so i am in the middle of replacing egr tried cleaning no luck and i have the new egr but it didnt come with the little plate that goes on the side of the egr. I cant get the old one off. idk whats that plates even there for please help the old one broke while i tried to drill the rusted screw out . is there a ways to get sometging from auto store.

I cant help and its a little slow around here.

But for others to help out they need to know the year of the Mustang and the part number of the EGR you purchased...those can help.
