Default Delete power steering pump

Hello. So I own a 2004 v6 Ford mustang and the whole power steering pump pulley just gave out. Soon enough, the belt snapped. I am wondering if I am able to bypass the power steering pulley just so that I can get my car up and running again.

It will be very heavy to steer without the assist most likely. Just fix it.

Modern cars were designed for use with power brakes and power steering. Can you run the vehicle without either? Yes, can you? Temporarily maybe to get to a repair shop or for emergency purposes. Should you? Long term no, it's dangerous unless the system has been modified to be used as a manual system (new parts and design) to make up for the loss in power assist.
