Mustang begin running poorly and throwing cylinder 1 misfire code. I began basic tuneup, so far: I have replaced spark plugs, ignition coil pack, fuel injectors, Intake plenum gasket, and fuel filter. (spark plug wires are 1-year-old and look fine) It is no longer throwing codes, however bogs down when accelerating, specially at low rpm's. With WOT I can punch through it, but clearly not running right.

Based on my reading next logical parts to look at would be O2 sensors, EGR, and MAF. Before I start blindly replacing parts, any tips or ideas on what direction to go next?
