How to diagnose a bad PCM ?

Having 3.8 L engine issues. Barely running,NO power,barely moves! No smoke,NO CODES ! Fan will not come on unless disconnected from ect. No engine light either. ??? Weird! Any ideas very appreciated ! Thanks
