Default SPARK PLUG

I recently purchased a 1997 V6 3.8 lts, and would like to change the spark plugs.-
I would appreciate if anyone knows what is the corrrect termic code for BOSCH brand or
NGK, these are the two brand easy to find in Uruguay.- Thanks in advance

Motorcraft is OE, NGK is the most used replacement.
