Motor Swap wont crank now anti theft flashing

swapped 3.9 out of a wrecked 04 and put into a 03 which had a 3.8 ,lights, dash etc work but wont crank,anti theft light is flashing any ideas? thanks everyone

Was told i have to use the wiring from the 3.9 motor in the car that had the 3.8 motor is this true? HELP Thanks
