1999 Mustang 3.8 Transmission swap
 

Hello, I just completed swapping my 99 mustang from an automatic to a 5 speed manual. The build went perfect in every way except trying to reprogram the PCM. I have been to two different Ford dealership to ask them to put in the 5 speed pcm I got for the build. They said there is nothing they can do to get that manual pcm to work in my car. Besides trying yet another Ford dealership I am out of ideas. Can anyone on here explain to me what I need to tell the ford Techs or recommend the most affordable tunning option I can use to get this car running perfectly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
