someone is doin the same thing in the other topic, basically having the eibach pro-sytem.. i can tell you that mustangs can handle!!!!

but thats not what your asking soo... if you just want the appeal and some cornering my suggestion is get the eibach pro-kit... never get the sportline, unless all you want to do is drop your car to make it look like a tuner.

when i got my 18' chrome bullits put on i remeber it feeling like i was driving a truck, i did some serious nose dives under braking and it just felt higher in general. when i installed my syytem it was like night and day. A domestic specialist down the street reccomended the pro-system by eibach, and it was the smartest move i made for my car so far. I love the feeling of being in total controll of my cars handling because thats what it feels like right now a go-kart.. lol. i didnt even do the anti roll kit either... but the idea is get the pro-kit for looks and some handling,if you have more money get the pro-sytem for extreme cornering.

Go ahead and get it lowered. go for the H&R Springs and a good set of struts and shocks like Tokico's, Bilstein, Konis, depending on your budget.

i wouldnt start mixing and matching your springs and dampeners, because some are made to handle a certain amount of pressure, being to low might put more stress on them. get a "set" if you want dampeners "shocks and struts"

You need to lower your car NOW!!! especially since you got 18's if you dont then youll be goin around lookin like ur drivin a 4x4. I seen a gt the other day with 18" saleens and his gap was literally about 8 fingers it was the biggest gap i ever saw on a mustang looked [:'(]. I have the eibach prokit but for 18's you should get other springs that drop the car 2 inches. Eibach makes the sportlines too but they wont lower the v6's 2 inches only the gt's....

18" on the mustang just makes the gap look LARGER.

We can get you Eibach Pro Kit for about $225 + shipping.

Great kit, personally have it on our demo vehicle!
