what is an 'sfc'?

all that means to me is 'sergeant first class'.

They are sub frame connectors. They connect the front sub frame to the rear one, giving torsional rigidity. Makes the car stiffer, and thus makes it handle corners much better. That and the strut brace, makes it handle WAY better than stock.
