They had a 2000 mustang GT with a 460 stroked out to 500 something on ebay a while back. Good stuff. Sticks WAY out of the hood though. Wont even fit with a BIG silver bucket style cowl lol

Have you had any issues during inspection and registration yet?

Federal Law states that an engine from an older model that does not exist in a current model or one that is current but not in the same model line that produces more emissions are not allowed to be used for use on public roads.

Some states have a work around where you simply title your car as a kit car.

btw, you need to find yourself a better/larger air filter as that one is very small.

K&N makes a LOT of circular sizes that you can use, just find a cheap larger housing for it that works with one of their sizes.

Clean install btw.

I live in florida so its alot diffrent here. if i were to move to say tennessee. id have to sell it off here. And the pics are older. as of now ive took the poney badge off lowerd it two toned it black & red. Mustang shorty antenna its a show car here in fl but yeah it wouldent pass in any other state.

Actually, just because they don't inspect in FL doesn't make it legal. It's still an illegal swap to do due to EPA federal law/regulations.

Is it at least a built 5.0L or did you do the big swap for the gain of 15 hp?
