Timmy picked up nearly 30hp just going from 93 to E85. basically plan is- tune for 93 without meth. If the fuel system takes it, go E85 and nix the meth kit. If not, install the meth later this year and retune.
Id be tearing it up now, but My aunt flys in next week and has to use the black mustang to tool around in, so I need this to drive... Then flying down south for a while. So itll start first weekend of June i hope!

Plastic T-Housing Claims 4.0 with 66,000 miles
4.0 SOHC, toast after plastic T-HOUSING Failure and 5 days after oil change and coolant top off at Fords Quick Lane... No one wants to be responsible yet the car only had 64K miles when I purchased it and 66,100 miles when it overheated. 10% below compression required on 5 cylinders basically am looking at a new engine. 5,000. I just paid 13,650. six weeks previous to the oil change and had excellent service records proved by car fax. I did not do anything to cause the problem. As a 30 year ford owner I have been working up the ladder at Ford Corporate offices. Today my last effort has been a message asking William C. Ford Jr. call me to make sure that they are not going to be responsible or make good with this on any of the cost. I should not have to burden all the cost of repair. Overheating happen so quickly there is nothing I could have done to prevent the damage. No signs before of any temp. issues T-Housing cracked open and all coolant was lost. I question if topping off the coolant while the car was not completely cooled could have some how put further pressure on the plastic T-Housing? If a a sensor or gauge failed to work as it should have so I would have known it was getting hot, instead of the lack of heat from the heater bringing the matter to my attention. There should have been an indicator previous to that. I did not see any indication on the dash panel indicating something was happening. As soon as I noticed the red indicator lamp car was overheating I pulled over immediately never drove or started it again. The dealership ran it further and I wonder if they could have caused further damage to the engine to the degree it is damaged. I never started it once I pulled over. No one wants to take responsibility for there part in the event. SAD... POSTED A SURVEY ONLINE FOR ANYONE WHO HAS HAD PROBLEMS DUE TO THE PLASTIC T-HOUSING FAILING... Your response on this survey is appreciated.
