Someone posts a story about how he was street racing and there are 3 pages of replys. What gives?
I posted some questions like 3 days ago and I'm getting nothing! I'm on this site hopeing to get help from people that knows these cars but instead it seems like my questions are irrelavant.

some people here dont know much about cars. i bet 3/4 of this site dont know much about cars, but know enough to get buy, but the other 1/4 are mechanics and know what to do. like lil roush, cobra 232 and some other good people know what they are talking about and can help u.. but u got to remember that it hard to diagnose a problem over the internet.

The problem with this site is that you seem to have confused it for your own personal repair service, and considering both I and cobra 232 gave you advice that you chose to ignore, then apparently you should learn how to read, or learn how to follow instructions.

Nobody on this site is here to serve you and your problems, we are all on here to share knowledge and information and occaisionally get help if need be.

If you don't like it then leave.

It's not the entire site. It's this section. I'm not bashing sixers or anything, but I'd say about 95% of this section is a bunch of high schoolers with their first car who don't have a clue about anything. There's like 4 regulars here who should be allowed to post in tech threads. Go to another section like the 5.0 or 4.6. A lot of the members are older, thus there are a lot more who are qualified to give advice.

Except stay away from the s197 section if you're looking for people who know what they're talking about.

It may hurt but you'd be an idiot to disagree.

never said i didnt agree. i know a good bit about the pushrod motors especially the 3.8/4.2s lol...but when it goes modular, im out. i havent had one long enough to know much about them. therefore i stay away from giving advice about them. i think that sometimes causes a problem here. advice given when they really dont know what they are talking about.

like is said sounds like fuel delivery issue fuel pump relay or it could be a coilpack going bad or a CPS going bad. mabe you have a slight vac leak or an intermittant one. there are many things it could be but i stated the most common to check first
