Default v6 foglights

I am trying to install yellow gt fog lights on my 02 v6 stang. I know I am going to have to cut out the bars that go in the slot where headlights would be. What parts am I going to need in order to install and work properly? People sell the foglights but I can't seem to find the wiring kit. Is there anything else I need besides the foglights, bulbs, and wiring kit? How would the fog lights stay inside the slot? Thank you for all your help!

Cut the bars out. VMPtuning.com sells the wiring harness you need. There should be a bracket on the fogs that will have 3 or 4 scews that screw into the back of the bumper to hold them in, I think.

No but I've looked into it and read it. I just installed an 03/04 cobra bumper and fogs on my car and thats how the fogs went in so I assume its generally the same style for the GT fogs. I cut the bars out of my old V6 bumper cause it looks better. And the wiring harness, just learned about from being on here.

It's easy, the instructions for install are in the forums on VMP's website.

sIx, are those fog lights in your sig on a v6? If so, where did you get them? I'm gonna be cutting the bars out next week, and those lights are tight.

I think LMR sells an OEM style kit that includes
a button for you to install them next to your other
buttons near the shifter.
