I bought this beautiful 1997 Mustang and i found out the horn won't blow which sucks because i need it to work before i can take my drivers test.

so this is what i have done i replaced the horn relay fuse and that didn't fix it. me and my dad opened the hood and looked under the hood for the horn and couldn't find anything there. so either it doesn't have one or i have to install one. this car has a rebuilt title on it so i am thinking when they rebuilt it they didn't replace the horn or maybe where the air bags deployed it loosed a wire somewhere, what do you think?

Also my cigarette lighters won't work they were working before and then my dad pulled the fuses checking them or at least the one's under the hood now they won't work any suggestions on that ?

Fuse box under dash.

Look up the fuse layout on google, pretty easy to find.

I think the #1 fuse is a 20a fuse that controls the cigg lighters.


Horn is probably on a fuse under the dash as well.
Check for it.

If not, you wont see the horn from under the hood, IIRC you can see it if you crawl under the car and look inside the bumper.

Well Just checked all fuses under the dash and none of them are shot and my brother got under the car and said there was no horn i am going to recheck the fuses under the hood maybe my dad overlooked a shot fuse if there is no shot fuses under the hood i wouldn't know what to do if the cigarette lighters won't work.
