Currently I'm looking at upgrading both the front and rear brakes on 2008 V6, I want the brakes to be as confident as I am. I've heard mixed reviews on most, but which is overall the most reliable, Brembo, Wilwood, Baer? Any good, reasonably priced kits?

All three are about equally as good. Really up to you and how much you want to fork out.

Personally, I would just upgrade to stainless lines and a good set of pads like hawk, maybe some powerslot or DRT rotors if your feeling fancy but stock is also fine

Well I have some Proact Ultra cemeric pads which I love, I just wouldn't mind finding some better rotors

I hear Ford brakes on the Cobra work well on the V6 cars. No experience with them myself though.
