REDCONVERTIBLE2002

I have searched the world over. Even went to the Ford Dealership. I can't find anyone who can tell me where this sucker is located on my 2002 3.8 V6. I found a vague pic on JustAnswers.
Sorry but I need specific locations as I am limited in motor knowledge.
The tech at the dealership said he "thought" it might be behind the pulley bracket on the driver's side front, bottom.
I've already bought the $17 part. Doesn't look too difficult. IF I COULD JUST FIND WHERE IT GOES!

I have 2003 . So this is where ....
Drivers side firewall by brake booster on firewall you have bundle wires that go down toward tranny. There is a big connector. Right after that going towards tranny you will have 2 wires got toward block. What the hook into is temp sensor
