Yes they did. I bought mine about a week before the end of February and they told me then, that the price was about to go up. Even at the current price, they are a real deal! I love mine. They completely changed the look and stance of my Mustang. I actually did a post letting everyone know that Saleen was going to raise the price and got a responce like the one you got. "Someone already posted this" If you are like me, as much as i enjoy reading the posts, you dont have the time to read every single post listed here.
