wiring harness for fogs

RE: wiring harness for fogs
Well, it was dark when I got home this evening, so i didn't even try flipping the relay. It sounds like the re-flash may be my problem anyway. I did talk to 2 ford dealers today (service dept) and both said it could be thats what it needed but they of course would have to take it in to look at it to know for sure. One place qouted me $112 and the other $82! Do you guys have to go through this everytime you do a mod? If so, we just have to add $100 to the cost of every mod? If I were to buy a tuner would i be able to do a re-flash on most anything or are they specific to fuel system etc..? I hate sounding dumb on here, but I just don't have a clue when it comes to these computerized cars, and i HATE paying other people to do things that I may be able to do myself. I don't really trust others with my ride. I really miss my 289 3/spd lol...

It looks like the top 2 relays (7018) are sitted differently in both attachments and I also looked at mine it it is all facing in same direction. Does it make a difference? What do 7018 do? Can thay be reversed?
