Default THANKS EVO PERFOMANCE

I want to thank fred at EVO PERFOMANCE , for the C&L INTAKE AND SCT TUNE , everything was an easy install and a great price too, and what a difference just on the 87 tune , is also getting better gas milage too. This weekend will be filling up with 93 octane and see if its better , fred told me its like nite and day from the 87 tune , can't wait to try it . My wife drives the car alot so she wants it on the 87 tune , but fred said i should see better gas milage on the 93 tune , if was driving the car alot it would be on the 93 tune . Fred looking forward to bringing the car out for my 2 free dyno pulls thanks again . Your valued customer Giro , from toms river Nj.

Thanks from me, too! I haven't had a chance to test the setup as the tuner is dead, not Fred's fault at all, but thanks for hooking me up!

Im curious as to what happens if you have the 93 tune and the only gas you can get (on the road) is 91/92????

The tuner comes with 3 tunes that you specify. In So. Cal. 91 is the highest I can get, so I went with 87, 89, and 91. If you have 89, 91, and 93 and you're using the 93 tune, but the area youre in only has 91, then bust out the tuner.

104+ Octane boost should be available anywhere. It shouldn't hurt the car at a lower octane because the computer will retard the spark to avoide detonation but performance would suffer from optimal.
