I read for best resulsts, to mount them backwards, and mount one a few inches ahead of the other so that the two mufflers generate different sound, so you do not get drone.

I have resonators, and this is the first I've heard of mounting them backwards.

Any particular reason?

Mounting them backwards eliminates more of the drown, and helps them sound deeper. Though the real take away from what I have researched is mounting them a few inches ahead/behind to eliminate drone.

@Puleo76

Yes, glasspacks = resonators

@rygenstormlocke

They're pretty simple inside. Just a pipe with little dished cuts inside. The staggering thing worked great for me!
