Had a quick question about the trutrac....
Well im going to drop my car off tommorrow to get my shifter put in and im gunna have them order some Ford 3.73's and set an appointment, plus I want to order the trutrac cause of my future plans on FI. My question is does the trutrac lock up on turns too? I know the ftlok does, but does the trutrac? How much is the trutrac compared to the Ftlok?

wait.....wouldnt locking up on turns be bad? isnt that the point of the LSD to lock up when one wheel breaks loose but not around turns? if it locked in turns you would burn up yur tires because the outside wheel would spin faster causing the inside one to spin. ???? am i just utterly wrong? im pretty sureim not. or are you talking about something else?

Ditto, I thought the T Lok was a clutch type LSD so around turns the clutch engages and allows the outside wheel to turn free?
I also heard though that the clutches do wear out. Does anyone know if the trac has a clutch?
