Default RE: Cabin Leak,

I'm not sure if u got my e-mail, but I will write to you again. I had the same exact problem when I just got my car. After taking it to 2 different Ford dealers, it was finally fixed. 2 anyone who lives in Long Island, Don't go to Lighthouse Ford, Copaigue, for sevice. They give very poor customer relations service. After I told them that I was still having the leak, because I have the extended warranty, I was asking for a loner car. They said, if they don't find the problem, I would have to pay for the loner car. I had several friends that complained about that dealer also. Finally, after really pinpointing were the leak was coming from (passenger side wheel well, into passenger rug). I took the car to where I originally bought it. They found the wheel well was missing a seal
and that fixed the problem. Try to pin point where the leak is coming from, after you drive your car in heavy rain. It sounds like you might have the same missing seal in the wheel well like mine. Good Luck!

Default RE: Cabin Leak,

Also check the cowl (the black plastic part under the windshield) Some people are getting leaks from there through the firewall.
