are you talking about the cs6 mustang from...i think its steeda? i was wondering about that...i read an article on it and it said it was a 6spd and had suspension mods, but it didnt say anything about internal engine components being changed. If they didnt have to change internals to make the 350hp on that beast then sign me up for that sc kit!

It's a shelby V6, SC'd with a GT 8.8 rear end. Claim is 350HP to the flywheel. Try this:

• All Stage 1 Parts (shown above)
• Suspension Upgrade
• Borla Dual Exhaust
• Shelby Rear Fascia

Ya sorry the Shelby CS6, don't know if it would be worth the money though,Gt+Body kit andSupercharger be around lets say 10 grand and you get more HP vs the 15 grand from Shelby. Thats just a round number on this stuff, did not add in what it MIGHT cost to have it done.

One plus would be how many of these will be around?

Ya i tend to agree,to much $ for the small amout of HP you get with the CS6 vs buying a GT and putting a supercharger on,course if you just want the look would not be to much about 5 grand doing it yourself, and it would be diffrent.

A lot of the price on that thing comes from one word: "Shelby". You can drop $10k on the V6 and have it run faster than the Shelby V6 easy.

Heck, you can do it for less.

well its definately not worth the money, but today no car is. I think its a fairly good deal considering its a shelby. Im surprised ford didnt make it 2 trillion dollars. Also i think you guys are a little off on how the performance would be. What you have to remember is how much lighter this would be than a gt, with 50hp more and alot more potential to tune. You said its 10k more than a stock v6 i think...correct me if im wrong. If that is true than what you have to remember is how much this stuff would cost you to get installed after you buy, unless you do it yourself and then its alot of work which may not even be worth that much time. all the exterior stuff would cost you around 2k. to get it painted, prepped, and installed your looked at near another k. Then the s/c kit costs around 4k, plus install would be around a k if not more. and thinking about all the time and effor that would take...i dont think its that bad of a deal.

its not a good deal for the power, you are paying for getting a "shelby"

anyways, if you want a lot more power for MUCH cheaper get the powerhouse turbo. 400rwhp anybody?
