First V8 Kill!!! Wooo Hoooo!!
Got my first V8 kill today. I pull up to a light next to a late '80's Firebird, with hood pins, and dual exhaust, etc. Red with a black hood, T-tops off, and radio blasting. I pull up so that all he can see is the front end of my car. (he was over the line) He sees my car and starts to rev it a couple times, so I do a quick look around and see no cops, so when the light changes we go for it. I pulled a half a car length on him!! (chirped the tire on the first shift 
)
So it was a short run, as there was traffic up ahead, and I had a car in my lane, so I slowed down, and he got in front of the car in my lane and we both turned right. As soon as you take that right it is a hill that is 30mph and a notorious speed trap, so we both are doing 30 next to each other and he yells across to me, as we are both smiling:
"Hey, that the GT right?",
I say "No, it's the six",
he says "DAMN",
I say "Pretty fast for a six though, huh"
he says "damn sure is".
We both laugh and then were in traffic... THAT felt awsome, he was very cool about it, and I was on cloud 9.
*Sigh*

Feels darn good to take on an 8. I raced late 90's Mustang GT the other day (road racing is bad.... be safe!) and easily won. When he caught up, I gave 'im a wave. He waved back with a big smile.

lol...all you guys seem to race people who are "good sports"
over here races are started by people opening their windows and saying something like "you think that your piece of crap can beat me? haha!" and if you win the race, you better hope they don't remember your plate so they dont eff up your car later
