1. Your dealer can void the warranty by you driving it if they want to because you are never going to be able to sue ford without spending 10x what your car is worth.

They will most likely just not warranty the aftermarket parts, but really they can do whatever the hell they want. I would ask around and see what people have experienced with your dealer.
The dealership can void the warranty if they determined that the aftermarket part contributed or is the cause of the problem.

As far as a lawsuit... the cost of an attorney can be included in the damages. Even so, 10x the car's worth? Nuh-huh, you'll need more like $20,000+ to combat Ford.. so it's like buying another V6.

back on topic: i agree with what is said about warranty but here are some east hp gains.

intake and tune: most reccomed SCT II and C&L/demolet from doug or lido.

Axelback exhaust: go with MRT it shows the most gains but is VERY loud

Gears and TLOK: no hp gain but alot more "get up and go" TLOK=better traction by spinning both tires not just 1.

Most power:forced induction (I.E supercharger)
